Not sure of reserve times. But the last classes have had the most junior get the CRJ/ORD. Not sure how much longer they will be putting NH's in the CRJ as it is a shrinking fleet.

Recently most youngest 145 NH's were 26 and up.

If they keep putting NH's into the CRJ, you can expect that. New class starts tomorrow so you can see what the numbers are.

Im 22 so we are in the same boat...

Hey Guys, I have an interview coming up with envoy and had some questions. Would any of you currently employed be able to pm me please?

Also, as far as being able to get a specific base. Do you think getting DFW would be possible for a new guy?

Thank you

NH won't get DFW unless you get the 175... which you will need to be older to get.

How old? I'm assuming 31 isn't quite old enough.

I think 46 was the youngest 175 in recent classes.

One recommendation would be to select the 145 in any base (if you are unable to select DFW 145 or 175 in class). That way you may submit a base transfer preference for DFW as soon as possible. My understanding is that people are being awarded DFW within 6 months. I am not sure how long people are waiting after award to actually complete the transfer.

Yep it's gonna pass, Union seems to have no concern there might be an underlying motivate that would trash pilots qol, they fully support it and are giddy about the gains and strongly defensive of any possible loses.
