I highly recommend spending your lunch working with the FMS trainer, and stay late if you need to as well. Flows, call outs, and memory items can be practiced in the hotel, but you only get so much time on the computers.

I second that. There are also two computers in our room at the main hotel used for training that have the 145 FMS on them. Not sure about the other aircraft.

Second, make it obvious that you are putting the effort in. I always showed up to systems class with notes pre-prepared and sat in the front and actively participated when discussion started. I showed up for sims with preprinted dispatch releases for the lesson that had were highlighted and had notes on it, mainly to make the point that I'm doing something when I'm on my own.
Do those two things, Envoy will do whatever it takes to get you through imo. And honestly, if you do those two things, Envoy won't have to work hard to make it happen either.

The guys from the last vacancy are already scheduled to start before 10/1? That was quick.
