Pros: Quick upgrade, decent compensation, lots of movement, full AA travel benefits with same priority as AA pilots, flow as a last resort back up plan.
Cons: Poor QOL compared to other places including SKW, schedules suck, out dated horrendous RSV system, life being a living hell if you are a commuter- especially commuting to RSV.
While flow sounds nice, it's pretty much worthless at this point for new hires. Envoy is only sending the bare minimum of pilots per month to AA. A new hire today is projected to flow in nearly 9 years assuming no attrition and flowing the contractual minimum. Unless you have skeletons in your closet, anyone hired today will not have to wait 9 years to move on. I can't even imagine what the industry will look like that far down the line. But I will say that as the staffing crunch really begins to take a hit here in the next few years, I'd definitely feel safer at a WO regional airline than a contract airline. It's all a crap shoot though when it comes down to it. I'd say stay put at some place you can drive to work.

I'm upgrading in February and back in November when I bid for vacation, I bid three blocks. After the bids closed I got a HI6 that said I was ineligible for block 23, which was fine because I bid for two other blocks, based on grievance settlement MEC-0807. Today I got another HI6 saying my vacation was assigned to me referencing the CBA 8c-8c. The vacation I got is not what I wanted at all and wanted to see if anyone knows if there are any grounds to change this.

DFW 145 jumped up more than 10%onnhard lines. Lines are bad to ok. Nothing exceptional. I'd bet lots of senior CAs bypass a line for easy reserve.
