Default Street CAs Holding 175 ORD??

Reserve list shows a 23xx in ord on the 175 as a CA... Looking up the number it’s a 12FEB18 hire.

Am I seeing this right? I thought all DECs would get 145 LGA. IF this is true, wouldn’t it be a huge recruitment tool to bring more CAs. Will they be able to hold it, or displaced right after finishing consolidation?

Looks like he is an OFL according to the last flow plan, and therefore placed on the wrong reserve list in error.

That makes more sense, thanks... didn’t think about checking flow plan too

This actually happens more than it should. Unbelievable.

Hopefully the pay as a result of withholding will take some of the sting away.

Not yet first they would need to hold a vacancy bid. Then assuming unfilled vacancy’s they could open a standing vacancy, then they can displace qualified new hires directly to the left seat.

Anyone else having issues with new DECs while flying with them? Got a couple of friends that flew with some and had to call the profesional standard board.

I jumpseated with one. I was surprised at some of the things he did on the ground from setup through taxi (I had to help out when I usually don’t say anything) but everything was normal after cleared for takeoff. He was a nice guy and seemed like a good pilot but definitely a bit green with Envoy’s operation. Probably what you’d expect. I bet the 50 hours of IOE will help going forward.

yeah I am sure that is why they added that. 25 hours wasn't enough to change the way someone has done things for years. I haven't flown with any yet though so my attitude might be different.
