I would guess it has to do with the influx of newer and younger first officers who do not understand that going to Pro Standards should be your route when having a dispute with a captain as opposed to running to the CPO. Obviously the first course of action is to talk through the problems when the flight concludes, but people don’t seem to want to have that confrontation so they are running right to management.

Bad idea. Let’s be hypothetical and say for some random wild reason your not a mgt stooge, and that this idea was randomly floating around. I guarantee you Jetunderwing it would not happen.
You just posting about it or the idea of it on social media Ruins the Pot. Rail way labor act, Frontier and Spirit court cases, an cand truthmany other legal battles internationally (Ryanair)
Hell it’s funny how much power the company has because they could come back and revisit your APC post as and utilize it as an example of a work action plan even if there was not a work action. The ball is in the companies court legally/judicially they have the advantages.
Freedom of speech my butt...

As other have said, this isn’t possible. We have a status quo to maintain and if it rapidly shifts then the company can go after us for an illegal job action. Things like an influx of late departures, pilots not working OT when previously open time was all taken, a sizeable increase in MX writeups, etc. would be viewed in a very negative light by a court. The Spirit pilots tried this and got burned.
