ETOPS and greater than 50 NM over water are two very different things.

Anything you read on here is pure speculation, even the Envoy mgmt team plays catchup to AAGs sudden changing of plans.

There was talk of making our 175s over water capable and doing Miami or even Caribbean flying but that has since been shelved for now as it would add an additional 500 lbs to the empty weight and making the aircraft weight restricted for our Canadian flights that required alternates.

We could eventually have over water and non over water aircraft as the fleet grows and it become cost effective to do so.

I’d love to see that section in FM-1 please cite your reference. We are not ETOPS certified.

Uhhhhhh...no. And if anything were to happen with our 175s, they would be EOW certified not ETOPS. Republic's 175s are EOW certified.

Coming onto this website is like eating out a TGI Friday's waitress. It's fun and exciting while you're doing it. But it leaves a horrible taste in your mouth afterwards.

Default Positive space to LGA

Can someone share some help/insight on how to list for A12 travel from home to LGA or JFK? I read it wasn’t allowing pilots to import their trips therefore requiring them to speak to an agent while at the airport.

This is correct, Kinner came into my recurrent and told us over water has been shelved. It added 500 pounds to our aircraft and if we wanted to do the Caribbean flying we were going to have to give up the Canada flying from Dallas. They chose Canada and are no longer working on over water

I just want to take a moment to thank whoever keeps the interactive seniority list up to date. I heard a rumor that the person who does it flowed to AA and still keeps working on it; if that's true, even better on you.

It's a great resource for all of us, and especially for those of us upgrading soon and trying to plan our lives.
