Does contract prevent company from offering DEC ? If not what is stopping them? Numbers game it seem.

I started back in July and got awarded LGA. I put in my bid for DFW, does anyone know approx how long before I can get back to Dallas?

The contract allows DEC. The company has to notify/discuss it with the union prior to hiring DEC.

With Miami opening up, and LGA expanding in the 145 I would expect it to be a bit longer. Once we start hiring guys that live in the NE and want to stay there then things should settle down and numbers should get more predictable. Right now there are too many moving parts and unknowns to guess.

You haven't even finished IOE yet and already anxious to leave.

For what it's worth. I believe there were up to 6 guys that were sent home due to the class being too big. They will be in the next one and I'm 99% sure they will get top class seniority for their troubles.

Those guys have already bid and been awarded equipment and base. Unless they allow them to re bid, which wouldn’t surprise me..

I know this has already been asked but any news on the details for the 10/09 class? Class size etc.?
