as a new hire not specific about bases, willing to move to where is junior , what do you think would be better option with flow and qol, envoy or psa?

This is just my opinion, but if you want a flow and actually want to move to NYC, Envoy is an outstanding option. NY is super junior and will probably always be that way, which benefits someone willing to stick around.

You'll be flying formerly scrapped 140s with about 80% of their American Connection livery remaining, but your seniority should move pretty fast as long as Envoy doesn't choke FO hiring any more than they already have.

This. At least how it went for my last one.

You are correct. Many classes are no longer bidding at recurrent for SIM sessions. The training department assigns the SIM slots based on pilot seniority.
I’m not saying this is good or bad rather, it’s what they’re doing. Essentially the most senior pilot gets the 0600 SIM slot with a 0430 show, next pilot gets 1000 with a 0830 show and so forth. What I have seen is the most junior pilot then get 2 days off to allow the first group to complete their SIM sessions and slots to free up.
Day1 of ground the SIM schedule is essentially handed out, you can arrange a swap if you so desire with someone that’s willing to swap.

This is mostly correct, except in my experience the senior group went first and the junior group had a day off in between, but the time of the sim was irrelevant. I am sure that they do it several different ways, but that was how it worked for my class.

The senior pilots had Mon/Tue ground, Wed/Thur sims, yet the sims started at 4 and 8pm as that was what was free and available.

Anyone know of a issue with quicktrade in regards to P2P. I've sent out multiple request to multiple pilots to trade a trip. Talked to one of the guys I sent it to and he said he didn't get a request. I looked at his quicktrade and sure enough it didn't show any requests. I assume this is the issue with the rest of my requests since I haven't gotten a cofirmation or denial from anyone else... anyone have a solution? Thanks.
