Too little. Too late.
Other airlines are paying more on first and second year pay than XJT at the topped out FO rate. Also, after 2nd year pay, most regionals will be paying CA rates instead of the XJT FO rates.
Only time will tell if the 10 year upgrade will drop or continue to climb with the merging of the two pilot seniority lists and lack of actual protected airframes under the new UA CPA.

If enough senior FOs quit, then the upgrade time will definitely drop. I guess its a good thing Brad Rich is the VP of UAX at United regarding the airframes.

Sounds like SkyWest put the perfect person in a position that can continue to move the airframes from XJT to SkyWest in an orderly fashion. They may not be the same tail numbers, but they are still planes getting moved. ASA/XJT will have less planes next year than they are flying today. The airline is still continuing to shrink. Every document that I have seen has a maximum airframe number but there is no minimum airframe number during the extended CPA.

Who is giving you crap for it?
Anything with any concessions is a NO vote from me. It wouldn't make sense anyway. They've just locked themselves into a 5 year deal. They need pilots, evidenced by this MOU. Concessions is not what attracts pilots and everyone knows it. Besides, by gutting the ASA side, they've already gotten most of the vacation concessions they wanted.

Here's the difference between ALPA and the student council... We're willing to burn the f'ing place down before taking concessions, whereas those other guys will jump at a fresh pitcher of Kool-Aid, as evidenced by their last yes "vote" on that joke of an agreement.
