Its my understanding that as of right now the next United class fate will be in Feb. That being said the iah chief pilot has been alluding that United will be hiring more or that their hiring expectations will be changing again.

While not fair to the ERJ pilots who have been hauling UAL for a while I can see the logic in doing something like that.
The CRJ side is imploding as pilots race for the exits and flying for UAL competitors, primarily Envoy and Endeavor. If UAL does not do something fast they will find their ERJs parked on ramps throughout the US with no pilots to fly them.
In addition, many CRJ pilots were hauling UAL pax out of IAD for years but never got a CPP.

I have not heard that rumor though there has been much talk about “good things coming from UAL”.

[QUOTE=AboveMins;2478506]UAL and fast don't belong in the same sentence. Although, I have heard that the ASA folks will possibly get their own CPP. Whether it will be a bungled botch job like the ERJ one is yet to be seen.[/QUOTE
I'm usually pretty optimistic, but I really don't think Asa is going to be around much longer. From what I hear I don't think were even going to be able to finish the Delta contract. Any rumors of an ASA CPP it's probably started by the company to try to keep pilots around. And why would they have to separate CPP when they're trying to combine the pilot group contract.

As per the conference call:
Transitioning CRJ pilots will be receiving a separate CPP.
Details supposed to be released within the next 1-2 weeks.
Success rate for the Hogan estimated at ~80%. Interview pass rates currently around 65%.
