Haha... So happy to be punching out! Good luck with it all. Never in my wildest dreams had I ever thought so much pain and frustration would befell this pilot group. Hopefully you all end up at your major of choice, or at least a worthy life boat. ScumWest and UAL can suck it for all I care.

What a mess, indeed! I interviewed at another carrier (not a regional), and 75% of the folks were XJT. I think nearly all of us were hired. Maybe the ATL brain trust needs to get in some sim time to brush up, 'cause soon they're going to be the only ones left here.

Ohhh, I cannot Wait to see this epic failure in March. As far as getting pulled out of recurrent to fly and having chief pilots call me on a day off with "a question"...been there. Too bad it was after lunch and I start hitting bottle at noon to take the edge off. This place is pathetic

Recently went to an interview and there was a 33 year LASA vet there as well.

In the words of GW, you have to see all the positive things going on, like our TYS virtual base. High fives all around, job well done. Everything is just peachy. Oh and our soft time and work rules equate to Endeavor's contract, so no raises needed for XJT.

If scheduling violates the work rules at every opportunity then the contract does need improvements. Id let the attrition and lack of hiring speak for itself as far as there being a need for raises and contract improvements... but thats just me thinking online.
