I get that a lot...( not to detract from the topic... ). so back on topic. The main goal is to get XJT back to profitability.. the last 5 years that looked like it just being the CRJ ops... then the tides turned when DL stated there intentions to be a 3 Regional portfolio... Doesn’t take much looking at other regionals on these forums to figure out how that will go down. But XJT will be making money by fall. One fleet type and can focus on solid performance for the next few years tell UA figures out what they want to do with there regional feed..
SGU created this mess, and I'll be laughing when they end up paying through the nose for it.
Plus, waiting around for UA to figure ANYTHING out is like playing chess with a pigeon. They knock over every piece on the board, $hit on everything, and still try to take whatever crumbs are left in your pocket.
I haven't met a recruiter from a Major, LCC, Cargo, or ACMI carrier that hasn't loved XJT guys. You folks are worth a lot more than what ScumWest, XJT, and UAL truly give you credit for. Burn. It. Down. Let TV, GW, and their ilk haul the trash for their puppetmasters in Chicago and SGU.

The only way, and I mean the ONLY way that enough pilots stick around to fulfill whatever obligations we have set with UAL is that if XJT is bought and a United seniority number is given to each of us that want one. I'm not saying that wil happen. I'm just saying that is what it will take. When the CRJs go, the bulk (if not all) of L-ASA pilots will just leave. No one wants to fly an ERJ for the same company. This is what mgmnt can't understand. They underestimated the size of our MIDDLE FINGER. And I'm proud of it.

Per "The Palm". "I'm riding it in, Baby".
Btw, The Palm is a pretty decent Pilot and person in general. A bit of a Walter Mitty, but a good Guy. The Palm will give you the shirt off his back. That been my experience with the The Palm.
The Palm back in the day got sideways with a few Dipsh*t Napoleonic Captains & a really bad Chief Pilot by the same first name as the The Palm. It's hard to come back from that. Once Branded, always Branded.
