ORD out of IOE?
A few questions while considering ExpressJet (apologize if answered in other threads)?
Would I be able to get ORD right out of IOE?
How long on reserve before being able to hold a line there?
Upgrade times?
Pay protection rules?
Paid parking at domicile?

Probably. If not soon after.

No idea. Someone else? We are putting CRJ-200’s there so this may affect that.
Upgrade Right now about 14 years. If the rumor about 175s is true this may drop. Also, some high time CRJ pilots are being hired away.
Pay protection rules?
Not sure what you are asking.
Paid parking at domicile? Yes.

Thank you for the replies. I guess I should have specified that I was looking at the ERJ side.
Regarding pay protection: Let's say that I was scheduled on a particular day for 5 legs out and in of ORD and due to weather the first two legs get so badly delayed that the other three are either cancelled or have others assigned to them. Am I pay protected for the scheduled block?
