With all due respect, you should maybe refrain from answering questions about the company you no longer work for, especially regarding the side of the operation you know next to nothing about. To answer the question CORRECTLY, a new hire can expect to be ASSIGNED CLE straight out of new-hire class. The two most junior people on the list got assigned there. Date of hire 9-10-2018.
You know nothing, Jon Snow. The next ACMI question that comes up, it’s all you.

How long to hold ORD? Reserve ? Available flight time ?
My recruiter said basically no reserve and I could go ORD right out of training....

I’m rather surprised. Must be quite a bit of attrition.

New hires can easily hold CLE and EWR straight out of training. ORD is possible, but not as likely it would seem. IAH looks like it takes a bit. As far as holding a line in any of these bases, I’m sure a recruiter is on this site. I’m not one.

If you had to guess, how long would it take to get to ORD if you couldn’t get it out of training.
