Has anyone interviewed or taken the hogan in the last 5-6 months? Success was based on when they were actively working on the cpp. With the exception of a few recent hires, all ERJ (except ones that transitioned from CRJ) pilots have had the opportunity to take the hogan and schedule an interview.

I could be totally wrong about all that. I usually am. So I’m sure someone will chime in.

That’s a good question. I’ve moved on and not sure of the actual numbers. All I know is that when I left, it had been over a year since UA sent out a Hogan. I was tired of their shenanigans and “holier than thou” attitudes and so fortunately, I made the decision I should’ve made years ago and moved on. To each their own, but it was definitely time.

I’m thankful for my time with XJT, but with ASA in the picture, things went south the last few years, and it’s a shame that a once great company is now being run like Goodwill.

I know it’s a long shot but is there any hope for a true flow in the future? Like even a little hope?

Melit doesn’t work at ExpressJet, and has no clue. It’s been talked about in the past, but UA won’t pull the trigger on that until they’re in desperation mode.
