We at XJT have the surface 3 running windows 10 pro. On the backend SkyWest IT uses Microsoft Intune and Azure Active Directory to administer these devices. Jepp isn't discontinuing support for the Windows app as it pertains to 10, you can email them if you don't believe.

Part of the terms of sale were to keep the current IT and Benefits support for up to a year so there wouldn't be any disruption. Not an unusual thing by any means... I imagine when HQ relocates by the end of the year those transitions will happen as well.

I think XJT will be just fine now that United is a 49% stakeholder. 49% of the profit returns to them so it's in their best interest to streamline everything. I wouldn't be surprised if they sell their IT department services to XJT.

The uniform is by crew outfitters. They’re honestly garbage quality and way overpriced. And very uncomfortable. Most people go to Macy’s, etc., and get plain black dress pants. They say the Haggar brand matches well; that’s what I have. $16 with my Macy’s card. I also alternate with a pair of Calvin Klein pants that are part of a suit I own. But, they basically make you buy the basic set of company uniforms.
The crew outfitters shirts are actually pretty good, but I recommend the gold over silver. Higher cotton % and nicer feel.
