Including this one. If you leave before a certain point, you will be returning it or paying a prorated amount based on how long you worked there.
But this is all just silliness. Nobody should make their decisions based on who buys you a uniform or a pair of wings....or even a tablet. Make your decision based on the QOL factors that will make YOU happy. For some, that’s base location. For others, it’s the type of plane. For most, it should be pay, time off, and work rules. As somebody who stagnated BIG TIME at XJT, I can honestly say it looks like a pretty good bet right now for somebody coming in.
