PBS right? It’s just a system to sort the pairings you are looking for to improve your line. I’ve actually never used it. Just looked at it.

If you watch the seniority list and where the attrition is coming from the upgrade time is going to come down dramatically. 99% of the attrition everyone is talking about is from above the most junior captains. At the end of the day isn’t that all that matters with the amount of hiring taking place?
Like the guy said he’s a new hire and has moved from 1450 to 1150. Most Jr captain is 950. So he’s well over halfway there. As a new hire.

If Compass gets United flying, yea inclined to agree. However, if they do not you guys have more leverage with a chance at a new TA with better pay, work rules, QOL etc...XJT really has an opportunity to turn things around and attract more people. May not get everything but something good can come of this.

Why would management care to change the price of their labor in regards to how many they are hiring when training can’t handle the current intake?
You could make the argument that it would slow the attrition but it’s just wrong. Who in their right mind would turn down a chance to go to a properly paying job? (which would be a hell of a lot better than the $15/hour a raise XJT pilots deserve)
