That’s not what I said. There is a big difference between untrue and unprofessional.
Some of it is not so much untrue as just overly dramatic. Acting like our training delays are unique to ExpressJet being one example.
Another example being the focus on low hourly pay rates and totally disregarding the EQO. I’d rather have it all hourly but saying we have the lowest rates in the industry is an attempt at conveying we have the lowest pay in the industry. That IS untrue.
I don’t need to go into detail here. If you can’t figure it out then go on social media and rant about it in a public fashion. Then try to figure out why you can’t get a call back for a job later. Point being there is a time and place as well as a defined channel for grievances and such.
Not all ExpressJet pilots wish to be represented with that tone. Definitely not open to the public like that.
I shouldn’t have to define professionalism.

What's wrong with getting the truth from the pilots that are actually flying the line? The vast majority of the pilots are going to have 12 days off or less a month. You're going to be reassigned constantly on trips as a reserve pilot and as a line holder. The trips you bid and are awarded basically mean nothing because every time you come thru IAH, ORD, or EWR there's a high probability you'll be getting reassigned to something else. The recruiters love to tell you about the decreased upgrade time. I'm sure they fail to give you the details about how once you upgrade and are on reserve you'll probably be spending more time in the right seat than in the left seat. It's double the fun when you can be reassigned to both left and right seat (this won't suck for your quality of life at all). How about the stories from the people who are having TBDs placed on their schedule for not answering their phone to accept a reassignment when they aren't even phone liable? Or maybe some of the stories from the 10-20 folks who passed the hogan, the interview, were accepted into the CPP, met all attendance and reliability requirements, and then were turned down during their final review for no apparent reason and with no explanation? I wouldn't exactly call that a "direct path to United Airlines" or whatever they put on the recruiting propaganda these days. I'm sure there are plenty of other interesting stories from those pilots that are actually out there flying the line at XJT. Great information for prospective applicants so they can be fully informed before they make a decision about their flying future.

Lol. What’s disrespectful about exposing the underhanded tactics management uses to keep profit high at the cost of pilot QOL? There was a time in America where managment could be your friend, but that passed a decade or two ago for most places. You’re a number on a spreadsheet and if they could literally enslave you they would.

Go ahead and make it personal. I’ve got news for you, the Union negotiated and signed the contract. In the grand scheme of things the ink has barely dried.
