Well lets just hope hiring here at XJT keeps going. Thats my point of keeping the forum positive, we all know every regional has their issues. But, a solid pilot group will bring more pilots and planes. When I went to compass, the attitude of the pilots played a huge part. I rolled the dice with them and had a great time doing it. no regherts!

Well said.

Thats what I thought, when I interviewed they said thats what they were trying to do at max, and had to push 5 off to the class on the 18. Things are looking up!

Any update on a new contract/higher pay rates? I ask because previous literature I had from a recruiting event said 37.00/hr, now their website says 40.00/hr (as does the airline profile on this site)......unless I got the flyers mixed up from all the different carriers while looking thru them.

If you like to fly a lot you can make more than $40 an hour. They offer $2500 per quarter if you average 70 hrs per month which, I was told by multiple pilots that it was, even on reserve.

Yes, the EQO. Reserve credits 75. So, 210hrs per qtr. Prorated.

So 209.9 gets you 2/3rds. One of the problems with it. Not granular enough.

I.e. if you're 6 minutes under, you lose ~$833.

So if you have to take unpaid leave, (not sure about mil leave), etc etc. and don't break 210, you lose part of it.

Yes, some will argue different points blah blah, but it should be built in to the hourly rate.
