No even close. That’s a small class but I’ll give you a break, you’re to new

It’s enough for growth. That’s all that really matters at this point. We are losing around 10 per week. So if we can bring in 20 per week consistently that’s fabulous

Attrition has slowed dramatically in the last 3-4 weeks. Hiring slowed down so if that picks up things will be looking good.

If you’re losing 40 a month and hiring 80 a month your numbers don’t show it

The numbers have been posted multiple times with an attrition rate of about 122 so far this year. I’m not sure where you get 40 per month. So even if they hire 40 per month XJT will catch back up to over 1500 pilots sooner than later.

Not what I said. I said if we can bring in 20 per week as in 20 is a good week. We’ve had some zeros recently followed by an 8 or something. Suddenly we hear of contract negotiations.

Dude, that's 1040 pilots a year. That amount just simply won't come here. We would be lucky to have HALF that hit the line this year with a last minute rally...which would be unheard of during a holiday.

I'd guess around 400 this year.. tops.

If you lose 10 and gain 20 you net 10 per week or 40 per month. Which would be 480 per year. Not sure where you are getting 1040... 80 x12 is 960 as well

Some of the worst pilot math I’ve ever seen. At first I was surprised that the company could get away with stretching the posted first year pay to incorporate the EQO. Some shady stuff right there.

Genius read on a the math illiterate. Well played - again...

There is definitely seasonality to the attrition cycle. We've been floundering around the high 1300's for a while now. If they truly want this place to succeed they have to hear our chants loud and clear. F.U.P.M!

Just for comparison sake, Endeavors year 3 CA rate is advertised to be $96.49. (I'm assuming 76 seats). Our 3 year 76 rate is $76.82. There's more than pay scales... but that's a big difference. Plus all open time is paid at 150% over there. No active line pilot here should be telling anyone to come to this place until a good deal is signed. The union's strategy has been working well and it has brought management to the negotiating table quickly. There are deep pockets behind this place now, there's no reason to accept anything subpar. No excuses anymore, it's time to FUPM.
