I know this is off topic, but anyone based in Dulles see the cover sheet? Am I wrong to think that the window and TLV values are ridiculous? Would I be over reacting to complain to the union about it? Not sure if its as bad as it looks. Wanted to get some opinions on it.

This is why I started this thread. If we can band together and not let the senior guys throw us under the bus, maybe, just maybe, we can get some reserve rules that will allow us to be treated with a little dignity. If we don't like it, we can just keep voting no until they fix it. There's enough of us, I think, to at lease have a shot at getting what we want. Or at least somethings we want, instead of just being thrown to the lions. As I said, ALL of us FO's well be on reserve again when we upgrade or are stuck at the bottom like on the ASA side. If all those guys, thousands, push for good reserve rules, that is a good chance. At least worth a try.

I could have sworn reserve was supposed to be in the 10% range with PBS. I love how it continues to creep up each month. A 98 mean line value? A you kidding me. Drop the value and let more people hold lines.

Yeah 100/120 shows a complete failure on behalf of who ever designs this crap. There is a clearly a staffing issue there.
