Some people on the "AWAC to fly for DL" appear to be pretty confident that AWAC will soon be a DCI carrier.
If AWAC does become a DCI carrier, at least they are a reputable regional with a solid contract (their pay is higher than ASA) and they didn't have to sell out like PSA, 9E, and PDT to gain flying, this would truly be a first in a long time where a bottom feeding regional didn't gain flying at everyone else's expense. I'm interested in seeing what unfolds if this rumor turns out to be true.

wait a second……9e voted to GAIN flying? That's why hundreds of people are leaving, they are downgrading 7-8 year FO's and they are going down to 81 airframes(known before the BANKRUPCY vote)? Please research before you feel the need to open your mouth and sound totally clueless.
