Oh my god, the checklist ecampus BS is brutal! .8 hours of pay for 127 slides on checklists narrated by the most pretentious, boring british wanker they could find.. Kill me.

Here's the latest! Seems XJT's management has finally had it with the ASA MEC and plans on awarding new flying to LXJT via removal from service C700-900 series A/C off Delta's CPA and replace them with E175's flown by LXJT pilots to force ASA MEC's hand on the contract stalemate. You heard it hear first! Flame away!
1 Our flying is protected within the Skyw group by our cpa.
2 xjt or Skyw doesnt award or shift flying to new types, Dal does.

And you're watching the condensed version. I had to watch the 2.5-3 hour version...twice because the viewer crashed with ten minutes to go the first time.

Are we required to do this or is it just "advised"?

I think we would all love to have all those great things you guys have. I would be lying if I said I didn't want those. I just don't see how the company would ever agree to that in this environment. However we should be and should have been trying that from the beginning. If we can't get it, then I say again, show me the money. Why do you guys get to have your cake and eat it too, but we get left holding an empty bag? That doesn't seem fair does it? You want to keep your stuff, the fine. I want a big fat signing bonus. Like 5 figures after taxes
That doesn't seem fair? But it seems fair to you that the ERJ side concedes while the CRJ side is brought up to meet in the middle? What is wrong with each side just at least keeping what they have?!!! You don't lose ANYTHING and we don't lose anything. Unbelievable!
WOW! I am sure that management sees an answer to this problem by removing flying from the profitable side and giving it to the non profit side. If you guys accepted the ASA contract, ASA.. I mean opps ExpressJet (remember we purchased you) would be marginally profitable.
Skywest Inc purchased Expressjet. I don't think this rumor is true, BUT IF the Inc was going to do this to try to complete the merger, they wouldn't cut their nose off to spite their face in the process. They would just disguise aircraft taken off the CPA, that were going to come off anyway (for whatever reason) and let the pilots twist in the wind trying to figure out if it's punishment. Again, I'm not saying this is true. I'm just agreeing that they wouldn't give away profitable flying just to complete the merger.

If it is just "advised" then I advise them to not make it so ******* long. I'm not going to listen to Mr.Bean and watch those two guys do checklists for 3 hours.
