With all these milestones, surely a wave of retirements are coming soon!! -- oh wait, only 9 ASA pilots retire in 2015 out of 1500+ on the list. Hmmm, that's okay. I'll warm the right seat for the remainder of 2015.. I'm sure 2016 will be a better year for FOs
