Being these pay rates are $1-$2 less than OO I hope the leak is not correct.

I am on 14th year pay. I get a few pennies more per hour but essentially lose 4.50/hr with the B-fund taken away. That is still nothing compared to our vacation drop disappearing. I am a NO vote.

As a topped out 50 seat f/o it is over a dollar/hour pay CUT!!! F them. Hell NO from me. In fact, in 2018 it is still not as much as I make now.

Honestly, I don't we think we should be worried about a 1-2 hourly raise. We should focus on keeping what we have for the most part and allowing us to finally get this merger finished in such a way that it doesn't blow up back in our face as it did in the Bloc award for Pinnacle.

Make no mistake about it: If we get an regional industry leading contract, we are going to get industry leading seniority list stagnation.

Can I ask you one thing? Would your company, you and your pilot group have done the same for any other pilot group if they were going through your situation? I am sure you know this but this industry works strictly on seniority and you know that is not transferrable when starting over.

So rather than say no one has helped us out, you guys did what was best for you and just leave it at that. Don't try to blame others for what you guys have now.
