It's exactly the same as the current language. No change.

That's word for word out of the ASA contract, but we get paid from ACARS brake release to brake set. Not sure why they didn't clarify the language though.

ERJ Comparisons:

Pay roughly the same

401k cut in match, and defined contribution is nearly eliminated over time

Trip check in- we have none now

Ready reserve now 6 (extendable up to 2 for a total of 8). Currently 4 hrs paid 4 hrs

Min day current 3.75 new 3.86

New duty rigs - we have none

Per diem is a cut from current of $1.80

Restored days off chosen by scheduling - currently chosen by pilot*

LTD insurance 3 years extendable to 5. Currently age 65, death, or resumption of flying regardless of new non-flying income.

DHD drop at end of pairing not paid. Currently pay protected.

Insurance ramped to 30% of premium.... Currently capped at 25%

Ah screw it.... I'm ****ing myself off.... This turd is a concession in every single section I've read except 2, and those aren't even that great....

Big F NO from me...

So if I skip out on LGA-ATL freedom leg Deadhead and get alternate approved...I no longer get credit for LGA-ATL?

As a line holder we do get that credit in current contract.

Is this all correct?

8.C.3.b. A pilot released from a deadhead as provided by paragraph C.2.a., above, will not be paid for the originally scheduled deadhead segment of his trip, however his MMG will not be reduced.

Yea I read that.

So I'm right in thinking this is a change from what we have? I'm triple checking everything and verifying.

I'm LXJT. So yea, concession for us since we currently get paid for it. Not sure for your side, sorry.

Oh.... And just a thought on the brake release thing...if that is your current wording, and the "practice" is brake release, then why did they push to have separate language installed?
Why do you even need sub part b.? Why not have us all the same definition of doors closed and brake released to MCD open? Something for you guys to think about, if you think status quo practices continue after JCBA you may be in for a rude surprise...

Yea concession for CRJ as well I believe.

Anyone who alt deadheads on the CRJ can support that this is indeed a loss of alt deadhead pay for us as well?
