Same. This thing is a pile. Voting no.

Cliff notes?

NoHandHold 11-21-2013 02:04 PM

So far...

-Pay LARGELY stays the same...no more than 2 dollar swing in either direction.

-Those bidding vacation low and credit less than 65 hrs...get paid 65 hrs instead of the previous 75 hrs.

-Ready reserve goes to 6.5 hours instead of 8...credit pay remains 4.

-No more call for release for reserves....checking skedplus suffices.

-No more standby for an hour for reserves...or any period of time.

*Mind you this was a quick skim, please correct anything you see wrong

Just read bits and pieces. DEFINITELY a no vote from me. If there's money to give management 60% raises, there's money to pay your pilots. And who were the idiots who voted to approve this POS?? I say recall, or decertify all together! This is an absolute slap in our collective face.

Airway 11-21-2013 02:29 PM

Heh. No way.

What did you all find so far that sounds the alarm?

This pay looks like the CRJ side's pay now initially (read - 0% raise for 18mo.) and 1% raise every 18mo. or meeting a certain # of 76 seat a/c.

Deadhead 100% *CRJ same*

Min day is 3.86 hours. *CRJ same*

Duty day is 1:2 up to 12 hours and 1:1 after 12. *CRJ same*

Can someone chime in with ERJ side comparison?

This is terrible...

More cliff notes to come.

it's 6 hours RR for 4.5 hours of pay.

BrewCity 11-21-2013 02:37 PM

- The company will only pay for parking in your PERMANENT domicile. EG if you commute ATL-IAD you don't get free parking at ATL.

- If you're released from a deadhead at the end of a trip, you don't get paid for that deadhead

- 401(k) a slight increase for ASA side, big nosedive for ERJ side

JoeMerchant 11-21-2013 02:38 PM

For the ASA side, it's small improvements in all of the "big ticket" items. Pay, Per Diem, Sick, Vacation, and Reserve. Given the recent Endeavor, Eagle, and PSA agreements...Along with much lower pay at Compass, Mesa, and GoJets it's not bad.

If you are living in Never Never Land....Then it sucks......
