Over all from Jan, we've seen an increase of about 1500 block hours. This may be because of Republic, we have taken some of their flying. Just an assumption.

DTW is worse, only because we're so short on pilots up here. As soon as the new hires come to DTW, that will drop down to about 2 years, maybe under. DTW is understaffed by about 20-30 FO's.

Then tell me why my late 2013 hire date can't get me a line? The the other guys above me on reserve, same story. We all talk, we aren't bidding reserve, we ***** to each other in the crew room. Been bouncing between a line and reserve for 6 months now. I've moved down 7 numbers on the plane in the last two months.

It might get longer. With COMAs for CAs. Understaffed FOs. Overstaffed CAs. Plus FO's are leaving in droves, I bet this year will be pivotal for us losing FO's <6 years. I honestly see downgrades this year
