Endeavor pay is $50K first year, $52.7K 2nd year, $56.3 third year. Assuming you make CA in your third year, your pay will go to $56.7K.

I'm hoping for something along those lines as well. Given the pay and perks many other regionals are now offering, mgmt kinda has to show us the money. Otherwise many more will leave and nobody will come in to replace us. This is pretty much their last shot at convincing me not to bail.
If we don't get at least $40/hr first year pay, we'll be shooting ourselves in the foot as far as being able to attract new pilots. I personally think $40/hr plus 30% for FO's and 20% for CA is reasonable. That would still put us below Delta's rates on the CRJ 900, but would be very meaningful as far as creating a place people want to come and work. Won't happen, but I think it's reasonable.
If management thinks that any and all these things will attract any more pilots that weren't already thinking of coming here (bases), then they are delusional! Why would a pilot choose this place when others are offering high first year pay, bonuses, growth (fast upgrade), flows, commuter hotels, or combination of more than one of those things?!
Unless they offer One List (won't happen), I'll be surprised if they pull this place out of the spiral dive they put it in. I think they are just managing an orderly wind down at this point. That's what you do in that situation, throw money at employees to keep them there to the last day, which they won't disclose until the last possible nanosecond.

Not saying you're wrong but I wouldn't give those much merit.. That would make second year 38.00$ and 3rd year 40$ to match 1st year if what's on the APC profile is true. I'm gonna just hold my breath and see what shakes out.

Where's the fail? I agree with the win, but my post showed the math in what it quoted wouldn't shake out, no more no less... Can't be mad at what we haven't seen... You can be mad that you haven't seen it maybe...?
