12 CR7s to replace the 12 CR2s coming off contract. No net gain. Nothing to see here.

My understanding is that some are the QX frames that came offline as well as some from SKYW.

Good!

The more leap frogging of regional pay there is, the better.

If XJT can top what the WO's are currently offering, I'm sure their application count will dramatically increase. They will have to be near 70k a year for fo's. Right now money talks. I'm listening lol

It'll be interesting if any non wholly owned can compete. I just don't see it happening.

Maybe. But it's more than just money attracting new hires to WOs. Industry-leading pay, no-interview flow, industry-leading qol and schedule flexibility (at PSA), and a relatively quick upgrade (PDT, PSA, and by next year probably Envoy). Even with higher pay, it's hard to compete with all of that.

It's funny when you guys talk about your SAP at PSA, how you can get 20 days off and get 65 hours or pay or 100 hr of pay with 12 days off. Well here, I can get 75 hours with 20 days off, or 125 hours with 12 days off.

Oh, and no line holder ever has to work holidays according to your SAP cheerleaders.
