Retirement Phone Survey
#1
The phone survey has started.
Who’s been called?
What specific questions did they ask?
How were the questions worded?
Was there an oppportunity for “free response” or “additional comments” at the end?
It would be interesting to know why our elected representatives are seeking membership opinion via a random, phone survey vs a written survey everyone can participate in
Isn’t the latter method how they started this project?
There was an initial, online survey every pilot was asked to fill out to gauge membership knowledge and sentiment of our current Total retirement compensation.

When you get to ask the questions and funnel the answers to a list, you control the results.
It is glaringly obvious by the lack of complete information in the videos as well as, yet again, no voice from anyone that dissents, they don’t want an open debate.

I just took the survey. I took some notes on what was asked. This isn’t complete but I wrote as fast as I could. About half the the questions required multiple choice responses that measure your level of satisfaction. The others were open comments and the caller said they were typing what you said verbatim.

FlyBoyd excellent summary. I got the call today. I spent most of my time giving "extra" comments on most sections. When it came to the end the poor girl had to ask me to slow down. My impression is that the MEC will be getting the unedited results
How many reflect what I think...ehhhh.
