Its actually from a very “in the know” source. We retire 185 in 2021 and gain 8 airframes if you look at the fleet count. I think he is truthful.

These are the BI classes scheduled as of right now. Subject to change of course! PFC showing the new endorsement system...I’d say the pool will soon be empty and the need to interview is rapidly approaching.

Mid 20s. I was actually short on my number for 2021 new hires. The number is now 425. Off street interviews starting in late August through the end of the year. New hire pilots (not from pool) will be in October classes. We will hire 100+ off the street and place in classes by the end of the year.
