Well, some might wear pajamas. The majority just change into more comfortable clothes. Why wear a uniform for a long haul flight especially when you are going to go sleep in a bunk?

This is pretty interesting about the dangers of the jab for pilots. I'm not an Army guy, but she sounds like a legit doc. Of course I read about this on the internet, and it was not reported on by the Atlantic, CNN, MSNBC, nor Fox News, so it probably is fake.
