Great point. Stan (his 2024 screen name) is less aware and less in touch than the majority of pilots who aren’t on the FedEx MSL like yourself.

SCOPE

Conor Cunningham -- Melius Research -- Analyst

Hi, everyone. Thank you. Just quickly, does the -- does the pilot contract --or the lack of pilot contract limit what you can do in just in terms of pulling out, you know, Express costs? And then, on Network 2.0, I think in the past, you've talked about how you're testing that in certain markets. Just curious on how those markets have performed relative to expectations. Thank you.

John Dietrich -- Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

So, I'll touch on the pilot piece. If I understood your question, look, part -- most of what we're doing here is to increase the utilization of our assets and leverage the purple network. So, the pilot contract, you know, allows for flex up and flex down, but you know, where we are now is looking to take full advantage of the assets that we have. So, you know, there -- we'll work within the -- the agreement constraints, but we have a fair amount of flexibility to execute on Tricolor and our other initiatives here. I'm sorry, I'm not sure I caught the full part of the second part of your question.

Network 2.0, if that's -- if that's your question, you know, I think this fits in quite well. There's no constraints we're talking about on the pilot side on Network 2.0. In fact, it's complementary, from my perspective.

India triangle flying GONE come June and outsourced.Thats P1 freight!

How much more BS and lies from the company is it going to take for you to see this gutting of FedEx is REAL?

WAKE UP

This guy 👆🏽 gets it. This is a new day at purple.

A new corporate startegy: lying directly to our face. As in: "don't worry about the EUR flying as we shutter CGN, it will be done by the MEM57 bidpack". They knew it was a lie when they spoke it, to avoid an even bigger exodus than we have had.

If you cannot or will not realize how TA1's Scope would have destroyed our MSL, you cannot be helped (Stan).

New Corporate Strategy? How long have you dealt with big business? That is the norm. Been here a long time and have been lied to plenty by management and the big corporation.

Cloud Sailor if I remember right you kissed a mile of a.. to come here. Maybe you were a little star struck and did not look deep enough into how Fedex Corp works.

This is interesting…let’s test that premise

Have you ever kissed a$$, sought favor to get something in life, a job, a partner, a social position?

Has that thing, person, organization or position you sought ever disappoint you at any time?

Sure plenty of disappoints in my life but I didn't come on the internet and cry about it. I did my best to turn things around and get back moving forward. I am sure I will have plenty of disappointments in the future too. Probably one in four to six months if my guess is correct.

Nah dude, I have always known it's a massive corporation, but if you don't see the major change in ETHICS and leadership that has taken place here in the last 3 years, you're not paying attention. We are dealing with a NEW company. Wake up.
