4. Post the results here.

All other numbers are misleading. I'm not doing the work for you, but I'm pretty sure I know the answer.
If you aren't going to post the number, whats your point?

thats all good looking in the rear view, but we're talking about looking to the future. The 2024 story will look much different from 2022. Our peers are widening their lead on us meanwhile somw FedEx pilots are busy justifying management arguments.

It’s sad how many boot lickers we have. Sure hope they keep maxing out their sick time EVERY year.

Lots of ex-management types on JF making the company’s argument for them. “Our system form is different.”

“Brotherhood.” Ha.

SM types: “They can’t afford to increase our pay structure unless we give them concessions because of our system form!”

No voters: “you mean the same system form that SAVES them multi digit millions annually?”

SM types: “well if you don’t like it, leave!”

I'm not on SM or JF. Can you explain how our system form saves money. Not a loaded question or any agenda. I truly have no clue what you're talking about.

At another place if two legs of your trip cancel, you either get revised (extra money) or sent home with pay and still get trip guarantee. Here if two legs cancel or get equipment changed, or if your trip ending at 11:30 gets extended into your next trip at 14:20 you get put in sub and if you decline it to go home, you get nothing unless you go to your crashpad in MEM and sit it out. The savings of this benefits the company immensely. The company also saves a few million annually by not having to pay per diem during our long sits on the ground waiting for the sort. Everything about our system form is designed and optimized save them money. The lack of a min daily guarantee saves them millions as well.

Ok. I'll have to take your word that every other airline just pays pilots to go home when two legs cancel (why are you specifying two?).

But, please don't tell me you think you have to go to a crashpad and wait out SUB. Sure, if you want guaranteed pay you need to be available to take an assignment. But you can go home without declining anything and roll the bones that they don't need you. If they call, then you just decline then. If they don't, you get paid. No need to stay in town if you'd rather go home and risk losing the pay in exchange for the option of being home.

okie dokie you're just proving his point. Keep arguing for what's good for the company and against pilot QOL.

Everything about our system form is to move packages. The packages don't arrive, people get a refund. Our reputation is based on the goods showing up. Pax airlines cancel flights not carrying about having to reimburse anyone because they don't have to. We have SUB not to punish people but to have bodies to move airplanes.
