I just want to know how you plan on negotiating it in addition to all the other shortcomings of TA1. I want $1000 pay rates, a $300k pension, and a 25% DC fund too while we're at it.
Bill,

Do you support PM to get us the deal? I think you do. I believe the mantra was/is PM is the only person qualified to negotiate a deal. If you hold this to be true then I am unqualified to negotiate on our behalf.

You are asking for a lot. What I am asking for is very reasonable, compensate appropriately the retirees who assisted in leading this company in the most profitable years it has ever had.

We have little value for ourselves, it is on full display how we treat our co-workers with even less value (both sides). Our company had a great opportunity to get us a TA in 2021, 2022, 2023 but did not.

If you have a chance listen to the “leaked” PD tape, nearly every single concession as described by him was an unnecessary obstacle to secure a ratified TA1.0.

So until we have a ratified TA, email your reps with your position on not a single pilot left behind!

We are worth it!

As long as we’re not leaving anyone behind, what about the fact that maternity/parental leave under the 2015 CBA is archaic at best?

A question was asked on the last teleconference regarding this. They went on to speak about it in executive session.

Talk me through the accounting of stock buybacks versus the company handing the pilots a lump sum of a $1B. How do they impact net income differently?

What percentage of FedEx income is from Ground and Freight vs Express? What margins does Express make relative to other airlines and Ground?

Once you do some analysis, you'll realize where we stand.

How will the company report the earnings in 6 months when we are all "FedEx"? Will we see the difference from Express, Ground, and Freight? Do Delta and United report their earnings from the cargo division v the airline division as a separate balance sheet?

We will see how they choose to break it out.

Yes, you can review pax airlines 10Ks and 10Qs and see what % of their revenue comes from pax, cargo, and "other". This is shown on the income statement, not the balance sheet.

Pilots are in the business of moving airplanes from A to B for market rates. (Contracts).

Company management is in the business of package delivery. Even the pilot managers are only responsible for the movement of airplanes. They don’t provide in depth DRIVE information because they aren’t in the business of moving packages. They manage pilots.

If that is your stance than this isn't a negotiation, it's a hostage situation. I'm pretty sure that is not how this works.
