Haven't seen the slide, but from context it's survey results regarding pilot groups confidence in current NC. Based on who want's it released I'd guess it reflects low-confidence.

Thats my guess as well. As the last part of the survey was a text block to write in concerns, perhaps the last page of the slides addressed this. I doubt I'm the only one that wrote in that despite saying I'd take a good contract no matter who negotiated it, they failed to ask if PM and RB have my confidence as the people that could actually deliver that contract. They said it was the best they could get and I'll take their word. Time to replace.

Agreed...although the "establishment" delayed recalls long enough to make it a bad idea currently. The MEC should have replaced NC IMMEDIATELY after TA1.0 got shot down, but the stall tactics in LEC and MEC recalls led to us finally getting to a place where we could replace the NC far too close to the current negotiating opportunities.

If the company really wants a quick deal ASAP, they will want one even more once the new NC is on line and dialed in.
Now... if the only reason why they want a quick deal now is because we haven't done a line-change on the NC, that should be a huge motivator to replace the NC wouldn't you think?

It's not a bad idea currently. A 1-2 month delay vs another failed TA or even AIP... which would you rather have?

And it won't be a 1-2 month delay. The new reps have ridiculous ideas, including further pension increases, that will drag out negotiations longer than anyone can imagine.

Correct. If PM’s only failure was a result of poor MEC guidance he’d have more supporters.
go re-read his apology email. Even he acknowledges the one-sided sales pitch and communication failures. Paired with his unacknowledged condescension and threats to the crew force, his failures extend far beyond a lack of MEC control.
