How did your YES vote you were so excited to cast turn out for you? TC is the only person on the MEC that didn't have his head up his arse and knew the TA wouldn't pass.

My NO vote turned out just fine, thanks. Doesn't mean I need to send MY money towards some self-aggrandizing figure that has more in common with Brutus than the Moses he purports himself to be.

Or you could have remained in the improved Pension.
CT's comments during the ratification period very valid

Albeit a Defined Benefit Plan with a lump sum distribution option that began at 59.5. Someone who had elected to transfer into the MBCBP could have rolled those compensation credits and plus interest credits into an IRA. But, unlike a B plan...the MBCBP "balance" would be purely notional...no actual securities\investments in your name. And no personal control over where it was invested.
The shortcomings CT pointed out just as relevant today as they were during the ratification period, but there also would have been benefits.
But the benefits of switching for everyone with years to go, or the potential for 30 YOS, don't make up for the other shortcomings that were present in the TA

PM must go.
He is the directly responsible for the Failed TA. He publicly stated he would step down if the TA failed, and yet - he remains there. Why?
Why is he so desperate to hang on to a role he has failed so miserably in?
This is the guy who:
1- tried selling us the Variable Pancake Plan = failure
2- renamed the plan as Stabilized Pancake Plan = failure again
3- crafted the TA with massive QOL givebacks, targeted for only the very senior and about to retire, and then used creative math (misled and misrepresented) to show our payrates as top in the industry, and then threatened us to vote it in to prevent furloughs = massive failure
Are we really going to keep him as NC Chair and expect to have a different outcome for TA2? That's insane.
Survey opened today, make your voice heard about the NC.
The results of this survey could direct the MEC to replace the NC Chair (who won't step down), right? That's how I interpret it from my Block Rep.

So I chose my words poorly when I said lots of volunteers. I should have said people willing to step up. My question remains the same. Does anyone know anyone willing to step up and what are their qualifications for the job.
