Wow, How the hell did you get hired here. You are a piece of work. Must have been hired when the computer was doing the screening. You must be fun to fly with.

So the NC Chair should depart the area, correct?

Default QOL gains

I would like to advocate for improved sick bank, usage of it, as well as increased vacation. The company can always run circles around our weak work rules with high paid attorneys. Lets get five weeks vacation at 15 YOS, and Delta sick bank. That equals more time during the year when you are not required to put up with this place and the never ending shenanigans.

The company has shown how they can mess with us on open time, expense reports, deviation banks, fatigue calls, reassignments, scope, and who knows what other play book down the line. A buddy just had his fatigue call compensation denied, starting with the company claiming he had not checked in (he had) and then the board ruled that he should not be fatigued becasue the schedules are well built, and denied him use of sick time for the fatigue call. I'm guessing this is a trend and he's not the only one. Relying on punitive fatigue policy and the mercy of a committee run by the company is unacceptable. If one wants to work themselves with overtime, buyback and flying sick that is a choice, but lets not make it mandatory to kill yourself just to get BLG each month.

There is a lot to unpack here. First, did your buddy have proof that he had checked in? Second, any fatigue call prior to actual trip check in results in the hours going to your make-up bank. They are not taken out of your sick bank nor are you paid for the trip. It is in the contract 12.A.9. Also, the FERC isn't run by the company. So, based on what you stated, the FERC couldn't allow the pilot to be compensated from their sick bank. If your friend has proof that they checked at actual trip check in before the fatigue call, then they should grieve this. If the fatigue call was made after actual trip check in, then the FERC only has two options, compensation without use of sick bank, or compensation with the use of sick bank.

Glad you had time to post this in between yelling at kids to get off your lawn and getting angry while watching the news.

I am surprised you had time to post, you took time away from posting selfies in the cockpit, surfing instagram, checking your Tinder account? Maybe you are little older and still spend all day in your mothers basement play video games online with 13 year olds?

See what I did there?

This is perhaps the most vile, disrespectful, scummy thing I've seen someone post on this site, or just about any sort of forum for that matter. If you feel so passionately about watching 800 fellow pilots suffer from unemployment, why don't you post this comment on JetFlyers for greater exposure. I'm sure you'll REALLY win a lot of support for your stance.

That bitter old fat bald guy doesn't have the cajones to say it on JF. What's "funny" is the junior guys he wants furloughed actually want him to get a bump in his retirement, just not at the expense of everyone else on the MSL.
