Negotiating Committee - In or out?

"You can bet that senior wolfpackers would intentionally stay unvaxxed (or lie about it), bid the trips intentionally, and then proceed to decimate the good open time trips thus screwing people with training/carry-in conflicts/VTO lines."

We collectively should stop the tribalism and work together moving forward. Your post indicates you have massive rear view & side mirrors.

Or maybe everyone realizes the untenable situation choices made by particular individuals have placed us in and reluctantly are accepting situation as it stands for now.
God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.

I adamantly believe the NC should’ve been replaced months ago and I have lost confidence in their abilities, but if they pull a deal out of their butts that meets the goals of the group then I’ll gladly vote in favor. If it’s anything remotely close to the last dumpster fire they pushed through then I’ll happily vote no yet again.

Using the logic of the one data point provided by the MEC Chair presents several issues. Both the question and the argument you’re using present both an existential fallacy and a false dilemma fallacy. In order for your data to support your point we would have to be presented with the question, “Do you believe that this particular NC Chairman can bring you a ratifiable TA?” followed by the answer. The question was non-specific in nature, likely with intent but that is only my opinion.

Talk about a bogus question!! I answered “No” to that (as a no voter) because why would anyone vote against an acceptable TA solely because of who negotiated it?! Seriously. Talk about spinning the narrative just like one would expect from professional politicians…

The question that SHOULD have been asked, was, "Do you believe the current NC is capable of producing a TA that will meet your goals?" I am confident the answer to that, had it been asked, would have been a resounding, "NO."

No. The survey question was purposely worded in a way to get such a result.
