It’s only going to bolster more hate and discontent against the company. Good Will is gone. Yeah there’s guys justifying draft and blah blah but you’ll never be able to fully put the brakes on that. I just don’t know how leading into their peak season the company would choose to pour gasoline on the fire. And usually the intent is not the result. Much to what Merle is saying they want this to be a large disruption to the Union mentality but I think this is more unifying than divisive.

Blaming pilots for the pain the company is purposely inducing is absolutely the wrong message. They have failed. Let the pilots make up their own minds on a case by case basis as to how to respond. I know how my mentality is focused right now.
