Thus it is impossible to be shown the door at Delta rates, due to LCA/flex/IC, pizza parties, infighting at the union due to who controls the narrative, and so forth.

Look, I read a some posts and get all riled up here! Im just trying to stress that it’s the COMPANY thats caused this frustration and destruction. They’re openly blaming the pilots for this and its a pathetic cry for help that theyre about to lose this game.

I’m not against you Bubs. It’s in jest, only fun. I understand the emotion and appreciate the enthusiasm. I don’t see it as a cry for help. The Union is divided. They’re doing the best they can to drive that wedge harder. It’s what I would expect. As long as their cadre of independent contractors work enough overtime, we will remain in 4a2c, and there will be no serious willingness to negotiate. Everything else is smoke and mirrors. So has the Company caused this? Yes, 100%. But, WE have allowed it to continue.

Don't we have to be IN the game for the company to lose? If you haven't noticed, right now, we're sitting on the sidelines.

Our draft sim instructors are the biggest POS pilots in the industry. Hands down. Full stop.
