Well, they’re not helping the cause…..that’s for sure. But why the pointed fingers at them? Because they have opportunities other’s don’t? How about those that are moving the freight that pays the bills and generates the revenue? They get a pass? These actions were perhaps justifiable prior to 4a2c. They are no longer. Wake up friends! WE ARE ALL FURLOUGHED NOW. You and your family are subsidizing all of this extra work, and all of this extra income.

Cowpoke we again see more and more eye to eye. This is a great post. It’s why I stress that there many here including myself that are struggling to pay bills and juggle a lifestyle that’s the company is intentionally manipulating. It sucks. The tipping point of SUCK has to be the end of the egregious whoring at ALL levels. And I think more to the point that the opportunity to SELL OUT AND ***** isn’t equal. There are niches where it’s much easier to find the opportunity. Fleets and seats dependent. Just more of the HAVE and HAVE NOTS at FedSux.

I think there’s things happening that we don’t know about right now. With alpa and the NMB. The company comes out and openly blames the pilots for all the delays and it’s an emotional tug. It’s easy to say yeah that’s right we got iced and it’s our fault. F the Union! But that’s what they want. It’s not the truth of what’s happening. Now I will say I don’t know what the NC is up to or how it’s going work out with going back to the NMB with mediated negotiations. I think the transparency is murky at best from the NC and the MEC. But if the union is murky the Company is 100% opaque. They don’t tell us about fleet plans, staffing, schedules (which is the present) FORGET about the Future. Just more of being at the militant FedSux machine. You can leave this military. And I may still depending how this goes. Nov 15th a lot of people are vested in their pensions so if you leave FedSux will have to give you a nice parting gift down the road.

There isn't ANYTHING happening with the MEC and NC. They're getting paid 105 CH a month to sit AT HOME while the rest of us sit on 4.A.2.c. The MEC wants to blame everyone and everything for their failures. Not one of them has been able to stick. Can't blame lack of staffing at the NMB because UPS just got assigned a mediator.

Until the Angry 5 (and hopefully soon-to-be 4) take actions for their abject failure of a plan since Mar of 2024, nothing is going to move forward.

If you or others decide to move on, I wish you luck but just remember, the grass is greener next door because it's on top of the septic tank.

I will miss your creativity. Taking FedEx and changing the last part to "Sux". Man. That must having taken you weeks to come up with that. I guffaw out loud every time I read it. Please keep using it. It isn't tired or trite yet at all.

Very interesting…. The MEC and NC would rather sit at home making 60% of industry standard than get a new contract that pays industry standard. We should definitely all be pointing fingers at our elected representatives.

You are right - there is more going on. Our NC Chairman has now decided not to negotiate with Company in direct negotiations - who knows why but it was his choice. He's probably the most arrogant unorganized (just watch his unscripted where he appears stoned and has trouble with sentences) NC chairman we've ever had. But if he were making progress then who cares right? But if there's zero progress and HE appears to be the impediment then what?

You should call you rep - ask if our NC Chairman cancelled negotiations with the Company and what his plan is (because the current MEC has zero say in what the NC does) to actually get a TA. It ain't going to happen from self-help.
