Any hiring in 2026?

(Assuming this passes on Tuesday…)
I think it will be good enough to stop most of the current guys from resigning and going to the Big 3. We haven’t hired in almost 3 x years, so even the most JR guy will be on year 3-4th pay under the new payrates.
That will be a tough pill to swallow, bailing and heading to UAL DAL AMR on first year pay.
But
i don’t think it will be good enough to stop future new hires from bailing in 6 x months if DAL/UAL call. Especially if they were hired into the 757

It is a nice courtesy to wrap the water so it is sweating all over. Guess it is below your awesome aviation skills to do this. Same as asking if someone would like coffee while you are up.
I think you got butt hurt when you were a kid because a bully took your candy at school.
Guys like you are why someone shouldn’t come here. Can’t believe you didn’t get weeded out during probation.

You obviously haven't flown with me. I try to get to the waters first for the specific reason that the FO doesn't feel like he has to do ancient picky crap like that just to make me happy.
