I thought all the younger hires wanted a tetiylije the big three? TA has a 18% with cash over cap. Now what they wanted is bad? Not getting an A Fund and a 18% b fund.
The biggest reason not
to come here is how we vote for or block reps. The large wave of recent hires have figured out they can out vote other blocks and they will dictate who your block rep is. They will vote in someone who represents them. Unless you are aligned with them your block will not represent your seniority block.
