Recent FedEx Interview advice
Greetings to all here!
I have a FedEx interview scheduled later in February and have read through some of the threads here. Apparently the process has changed. Day one is some extremely challenging computer based testing and the day two panel and CRM interviews are contingent on successful day one results. Also, it seems as of the sim eval no longer exists... Does anyone have any recent advice, tips or suggestions to offer? If so, please feel free to reply here or send me a PM. Thank you in advance. |

The CBT portion is straightforward. Use the demos. You can do them multiple times before proceeding with the scored portion. The Aero knowledge section is exactly what you'd expect there's similar exam data out there to be had. In the SBI just do your best to stay calm think the situation through. You will NOT think of everything, but that's not a bad thing. Good luck!! |

I have an interview coming up. I'm a regional captain, check airman, with a couple friends who have been at the company less than 7 years. No heavy or international experience. I feel very fortunate and grateful to be in such great company.

Hello all!
Like "Fltinspector" a few posts above, I too have an upcoming interview! :). I was quite shocked to actually get the call, as it was a moment I had always dreamed of happening, yet was unsure if it would ever become a reality. Needless to say, I'm extremely excited about the opportunity, yet am feeling overwhelmed as well with the "clock ticking" to get prepared. If anyone would possibly be able to offer any insight or recent experiences with the process, I would be most certainly appreciative! The computer-based "golden ticket" needed to pass for an invite to day-two sounds very daunting! Thank you all in advance for any assistance you may provide! (and feel free to PM me if you so prefer) |
Congratulations to those with the interview call. Curious as to how long it took to get called after putting your stuff on Pilot Credentials. Did you opt for Fedex only or did you do it for AA and SWA as well as part of the global application with Pilot Credentials.

I only applied for FedEx on their pilot credentials site back in Sept before the window closed.

Is there any chance of someone getting hired without Check Airman time? I have Turbine PIC. I have Transatlantic experience. I have 757/767 time. However, I feel having never been a check airman is the reason the phone's not ringing.

Considering a masters degree..... That said, just remember that there A LOT of great resumes on file, and with about 70%+ of the new hires being military, it may be a while before you get a call. I'm hanging in there with you hoping for that lucky email. |

Again, our numbers are about 60/40 mil/civ with some mil having a bunch of civilian time. Don't think if one has only civilian, that you have less of a chance. cheers |
