Thanks for the input. Did you have an LOR or any job fair attendance?

I don't believe that letters of recommendation are holding any value these days. A Personal Endorsement (PE) is what you're looking for.

The 767 time is impressive, but the 1000 PIC (not 121) seems light compared to some of the guys hired recently.

Many (but not all) straight 121 guys have LCA experience. I haven't looked too specifically, but almost every military guy hired has some IP and many have evaluator time as well.

There are exceptions to every rule, but for 121 hopefuls I think the LCA qual or training experience are big helps.

Unwritten rule at FedEx for getting hired: Must have some background instructing in aviation, whether military or civilian.

Is FDX still waiting until within 30 days availability to call? Seems like that’s the experience of most I’ve talked to.

Last year at the OBAP FedEx presentation, HR said they won’t call until you are available.

I was hired in late 2017 and don't even have my instructor license. Average 4 year college degree, 121, non check airman, 1,600 PIC at the regionals guy. And I got the MD11. Keep updating your resume guys, the call will come. I did have an endorsement or whatever they call it from a FedEx friend.
