You’re right. I’m a terrible speller. I’ve made plenty and will undoubtedly produce more, but I assure you I do make an honest attempt.

On a personal level, I did not attempt to ruffle any feathers. I thought your remarks were half-in-earnest so I volleyed. Apologies if it wasn’t appreciated.

Understand that defending a screen character (who is of complete anonymity) doesn’t interest me. As the saying goes - personal attacks merit no response. This is even truer when one lacks the ability to actually be personally attacked. Produce an intelligent argument that contradicts one of my arguments and I will feel compelled to “amend” or “defend” the substance of my remarks.

Lastly, I have no idea if you’re willing to change any of your viewpoints based upon what I believe, but you CAN change mine if you try. All that is required is a compelling argument. It really goes without saying - for you to suggest I must not like pilots, I work for another airline, or I am on the opposing negotiating team isn’t debating a message. Those remarks are all directed at the anonymous ME. That’s irrelevant. Truths speak for themselves and that’s what interests ME. I hope you feel the same.

Vipper446,

As stated above, I won’t comment on who I am. You’ll have to decide if I’m full of plausible deniability or if you trust what I have said (your choice).

I have a question on the substance of your message:

Since you no longer recommend anyone come to FedEx, unless they do so for the purposes of a stepping-stone, would you entertain the notion of a B-Scale? Personally, I do NOT think that is a wise decision, but I am curious what you think and why.

I smell a TROLL! Please don't feed him!

Thank you Mr. Union Busting, probably non-member, pilot.

Don't feed the troll.

Who calls it a pilot working agreement anyway?

I think you are very seasoned pilot who gets a large share of the pie now and wants an even larger share.

Some of you may remember.... I caught a law clerk posting on here as a pilot about 2006 or so.....

Apparently Delta and DALPA. pwa This is obviously not a FX guy, we refer to our as the old FCH or currently the CBA. I agree with Tony.

Simple fact is this place (FX) is not currently competitive with the overall pay and lifestyle package. I have lots of military pilot friends and lots of civilian pilot friends. This place has always had above average standing with military guys and a below average standing with civilian pilots.

Certainly wasn't trying to troll. If I've done nothing beyond highlighting the group's unification through my honest and candid viewpoints - I'll take it.

PS - The ALPA Constitution and By-Laws refer to contracts as Working Agreements. The Regional I used to work for used the terms CBA and PWA interchangeably. I’ve always referred to our contract verbally as a “The Contract”, but often write it out as PWA’s for brevity. Never dawned on me doing so would make the majority think I fly for DAL.

Probably no stopping this witch-hunt.

I ain't here to negotitate…we have a group "that speaks for me" that is working hard to do just that. What I will say is this: I am not a mystery man, and I am in VIPS. Next week I get to do something I've wanted to do all my life, and that is upgrade to airline captain. I'll be in MEM a lot more than I want the next few months, and I'm in VIPS. If anyone wants to chat--between study sessions of course--you know where to find me. That includes you Sometimes. I've made a few friends over the years in mgt, and likely some enemies too…but a cold beer and straight talk has never scared me away. PM or call me if you want to chat.

Nope. PWA. 20 years with the company. Never heard of a PWA. FCH, CBA, The Contract - yes, but never PWA. You clearly don't fly the line.

Probably in some PWA.

It's CLASSIFIED and stored on the private server located in his basement ...
