Not an endorsement but these folks seem to keep up on the "gouge"!
Emerald Coast Interview Consulting

I interviewed 20 years ago and I am sure the process has changed slightly but basically the main components are: a simulator ride (basic flying skills), a personal interview (can I get along with this person for a 10 day trip), a technical written (need to study Ohm's law, etc), a CRM scenario (As Captain, how would you handle this?), and a urine test. Oh yeah, "Do you like Chinese food and/or wiener schnitzels?"

I called them today. If I make it thru everything and they offer HK or Cologne, I'll be happy to eat "Chinese food and/or wiener schnitzels"!

I agree ... if I were hoping to get hired at FedEx today I'd be asking (and paying) these folks for their best advice!

Anyone else getting an error when trying to sync their application data from the Global Pilotcredentials site to their fedex.pilotcredentials account?

FWIW, the sync is up and functional as of monday morning.

As of a couple of years ago. Two part interview. First part is roughly 4 hours of cognitive, technical, and psychological testing on a computer. Go home wait for a phone call. If invited back. Part two is a two on one panel interview with TMAT questions and logbook review. Very easy going. No technical. Then a CRM type event in a paper trainer. There was a sim eval, but that went away. You go back to your hotel and wait for a phone call. Option A:Welcome aboard, drug test and flight physical in the morning starting at around 8. Or option B: No thanks and you go home. Hopefully one of the new hires currently in class will chime in.

Question

If one were to get hired in the U.S. (on a U.S. base) can they then force you to HKG or CGN? Read some recent new hires (internals) were given A300 MEM but isn't that a dying fleet? So, if one gets displaced, and there is no where to go other than HKG or CGN, what then?

This are questions applicants might want to know.

No...straight from the contract:

Sec 24.C.5.b.
"No pilot may be assigned involuntarily to fill an FDA vacancy. If no pilot on the Master Seniority List expresses a preference by standing bid for an FDA vacancy, the Company may hire a pilot to fill that vacancy."
